Shipping Policy

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts and We currently ship to all over the World.

Processing time*: 
100% of orders are shipped within 1-2 business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

Shipping time: 

USA Orders

We advise 3-8 days for all US deliveries. You can track your order via the tracking number provided in your tracking info.  In some cases,  parcels may take longer; due to unprecedented delays during holiday seasons and global supply chain issues.

Rest of the World 📦

We advise 4-12 days for delivery. But deliveries can sometimes take longer due to the unprecedented delays caused by global supply chain issues, in coalition with a high number of international orders. Our aim is to have your items with you within 10 days.  You can track your order using your last-mile tracking number with the logistics provider mentioned in your tracking info.

Order Tracking:

We offer Free Delivery on All Order

Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Conzuri) at the customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

Our Carriers
We use UPS, USPS and DHL for deliveries.

You are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery. Should you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete you must refuse delivery of the goods or sign “Damaged” then contact us on the day of delivery.

We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
